Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Brass and Baubles. We take pride in our steampunk-inspired collection and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at customerservice@brassandbaubles.com with your order number and reason for return.

Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return:

• Custom or personalized orders
• Print-on-demand items (made to order)
• Final sale items

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at customerservice@brassandbaubles.com.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error.
